An elopement ceremony is small, normally just the two of you, a photographer and me. This opens up the options of where you can hold the ceremony and the times of day. As an independent wedding celebrant I am free from many of the restrictions of other officiants and can support you to create something relaxed, fun or unusual to mark your special elopement occasion your way.

Why Elope in Spain?
Couples choose to elope in Spain for many reasons. Many understandably relate to the wonder and beauty of the Spanish Peninsula, whilst others are about personal choices or the style of ceremony that they want. Today there is greater choice than ever for couples to choose to create a wedding experience for themselves.
The definition of an elopement as people running away in secret to be married without "permission" is somewhat out of date. Today elopement in Spain is often a conscious choice.
